You will be working for an extremely dynamic Egyptian company, one of the best provider of Integrated Mobility Solutions (car maintenance, car detailing, trade in, protection plans, roadside assistance, door-to-door services). ABOUT THE JOB
Your responsibilities will include:
Handle customer complaints and answer inquiries. Find with customers best options to match what they want.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Create solutions and ensure a smooth process.
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
Work conditions:
Transportation provided from/to Saray El-Kobba (Misr El-Gdida)
Rotational Shifts for males 24/7, and rotational shifts for female up to 6:00 PM
Work Location: KM 28, Cairo-Ismailia desert road
What are we offering?
Vacancies: 10 open positions for full time contracts
One week paid training (as normal worked days)
Medical insurance: with AXA, provided after 3 months
Salary: 3,900 to 4,000 EGP per month
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Post-Secondary/University education or above
A 0 to 2 year experience in a Call Center is a plus, ideally with a Data Entry background.
Very Good to Excellent English
Preferred Residence areas: Obour, Sherouk, Salam City, Mostakbal, Heliopolis, Badr, 10th of Ramadan
